We accept returns received to us within 10 days after delivery date for store credit only. You may return full priced items that are in NEW condition, all original tags attached, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, odor of any kind, animal hair, or stains will be shipped back to you at your expense and will not be eligible for store credit. Shoes must be in new condition and returned in their original box/packaging. The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged: special occasion items, anything with sequins, sale items, FINAL sale items, anything with a coupon used of greater than 20% off, holiday items, jewelry, hats, purses, sunglasses, hair accessories, scarves and gift cards.
To return your item(s) please FIRST email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, order number and reason for return. Once we confirm your return, we will send you the address to where the items can be shipped back at your expense. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost that we have already incurred. If you recieved free shipping and return an item, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your store credit amount. Once we receive your item(s) we will process the return and notify you via email with a code for your store credit amount.
In store purchases
The return policy for in store purchases is the same as above EXCEPT the time frame is 48 HOURS (rather than 10 days) in order to get store credit.
