Refund policy

We accept returns received to us within 5 days of purchase for store credit only. You may return full priced items that are in NEW condition, all original tags attached, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, odor of any kind, animal hair, or stains will be shipped back to you at your expense and will not be eligible for store credit.

Shoes must be in new condition and returned in their original box/packaging. The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged: special occasion items, anything with sequins, sale items, FINAL sale items, anything with a coupon used of greater than 20% off, holiday items, jewelry, hats, purses, sunglasses, hair accessories, anything purchased with store credit, scarves and gift cards.
